Ken Hunter knows what it takes to create success in real estate because he’s been building it—literally—from the ground up. He began his career as a carpenter in Lake Arrowhead, California, mastering how homes are built long before he ever sold one. By 1985, Ken had earned his General Contractor’s License, and just a few years later, his growing passion for property led him to real estate. He became a licensed Realtor in 1991 and achieved his Real Estate Broker’s License in 1997, combining craftsmanship, business savvy, and negotiation skill into one powerful package for his clients.
Since then, Ken has helped hundreds of families sell their homes—often faster and for more money than they expected.
After moving to Redlands in 2011, Ken and his wife Lynn—an RN at Loma Linda University Medical Center—became deeply rooted in the community. Together they’ve raised three accomplished children: a doctor, a regional sales executive, and a Los Angeles school principal. Family and hard work are at the heart of everything Ken does.
When he’s not helping clients reach their goals, you might spot Ken cruising around town on one of his electric bikes or talking classic cars and ‘70s rock—think Led Zeppelin, ZZ Top, and Bad Company.
